Comments & Complaints

Our practice has an in-house complaints procedure. If you have any complaints or problems with our service, please write to the practice manager (all such matters are dealt with in the strictest confidence). Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated and, usually within 14 days, you will receive a written reply and an invitation to discuss your complaint. If you are still dissatisfied, we will advise you how to take the matter further with the local Primary Care Trust.
